UPDATE: A week without a solution and/or response from the supposed technical support of NeocoreGames Studio, so I proceed to refund this product. In my long career in the world of video games, I had never come across something like this, so much incompetence, inefficiency, there is no respect for customers, the staff hand-select who to respond to.

NeoCore Messenger is a farce, every day it is in "Tomorrow" mode we will attend. There is no active technical support staff. A shame.
