Tried to fire up the game just now and at the main menu it says incorrect email or password. I’m playing on Xbox and this is the first problem I’ve had with the game doing this. Anyone know how to fix this ?

Everyone!

The problem has been fixed on our end and the changes don't require a client update so you should be able to log into your in-game account without any issue now.

We tested the fixes and they appear to helped but in case anyone still experiences the same issue please let us know.

I just got this game on PS4 a few days ago, why do I have a message popping up telling me my login information is incorrect, who changed my information without MY consent? Do NOT touch my information without my permission. Also, why isn't there an actual option to log-out, or an option to type in your log-in information in the menu? All I have is the option to "press any button to start", but it won't start the game, what is even happening?? FIX. THIS. NOW. Or give me back my money.

Same on ps4, just downloaded the game again after a few months. already having a lot of hours on it but « incorrect email or password ». I hope my chars don’t get deleted

Was able to play yesterday morning (albeit all the issues, cup boost only lasting one mission, psalm and archeotech shard upgrade broken) bit yesterday afternoon… cannot log on.

Same on xbox and dosent even ask for login info its just says incorrect email or password. Dident even get to play the game.

Your not the only one with this issue I'm on Xbox my self and it's saying the same thing.

As like a few others I also reinstalled the game did a hard reset the only thing I haven't tried is a full factory reset on my system and I really don't want to have to that
