Item system is still a mess

Just found one relic item at the sacred vault shop, which has no relic enchant but enhanced skill set.

But I admit that it's the first time I see this, maybe it's restricted to this shop?

Another problem is, when using "reroll all enchants" function on a red item, sometimes the enchants would just disappear, making the item becomes trash :(
