Unable to progress in Campaign

Hi. I've been unable to progress the main campaign.for over half a week now. I have no option to go to the mission to search the scriptorium on the Martyr. Nest of Vipers also continually blue screens my PS4 when I attempt to continue that. Could you please fix this.
