Unable to connect to servers

Loc= NA

at initial login screen, unable to connect to servers, same as many others.

i have over 126 hours in game. validated file integrity, verified, not blocked by firewall or antivirus. Uninstalled/installed.

Still unable to connect to servers over a week now. Any news on this? Besides, "other people can join in your area." and "we may need more info" yes yes, great. Now. Any news to correct this? Any news on what and why this is happening? This isnt what we payed for when advertised for this game in the store.
