When I start one, it gives me a choice on how to proceed with the assignment, then sends me off to picking a battle-type.  Good so far.  Once I get back from the first mission, however, I never get to make another choice again, it just keep shunting me right to the next "choose your buff for this pre-selected mission".  The PMs I remember doing a long time ago (I just returned to the game) allowed for adjusting your approach and making different choices between combat missions.  I'm pretty much failing them all now as my Collateral Damage meter keeps filling but my progress barely rises at all.

This also happens with the DLC missions.  Purchased one and just kept getting shunted right to missions, no new text, no choices, nothing.  Didn't make me want to get another DLC at all. 

Is this how it works now, or is this a bug of some sort?
