Stuck on Uther's Secret questline

My objective is to visit the construct setup tab, and there's an exclamation over the terminal.... but I can't access it. I'm now stuck and can't advance the story. Is there some secret key press or special way or conditions to access it that I'm missing?

I'm retarded apparently. I couldn't access it with mouse clicks, because it's a terminal and thus I have to "interact" with it. Problem solved.
