Hello,
I don't know if many players took some shards for Deathtrap on PS4, but I did for buying some pets.
I took a 500 shards pack for 9,99E on the store, to get a common minion.
I was able to buy it for 50 shards, and short after (not sure when), I finished a map and my shards counter showed "???". (see image below)
From then, impossible to buy anything, neither to see my 450 shards left on the screen.
I can't even go to the store from the game, to try to buy shards again only to see if anything would unlock that glitch.
If anyone knows something about this, or if any dev' is wandering here, please help me cause I feel like I've been sc***d!

I can confirm that everything seem to work correctly now.
Sadly, I was forced to delete my "common awards" file and my 3 "characters" files on my PS4, because the trophies wouldn't pop up anymore on them.
The fixing isn't retroactive for trophies.
(except for the 2 trophies relative to map editon, they worked with my old hunter)
So... my whole progression in the game (for the platinum trophy) has been taken down to zero.
I have bought the game at its release at full price, and bought a 500 shards package when the bug first occured.
So that damn story was a bit harsh on me, as a player.
I platinumed the Van Helsing trilogy as well on my PS4.
So... is it be possible to have some compensation for this long lasting problem? A godly item for Deathtrap, some shards, or anything to feel kinda more.... "considerated"?

- Multiplayer connection
- Dream Shards
- Achievement unlock issues
We had a hard time with this bug but with the help of Sony's support we could resolve the problem. We would like to ask everyone who experienced any of the bugs above to check on their account and let us know if they still experience any issue.

I can't even connect to multiplayer, neither I can't earn trophies on this game anymore...
This is the first time I see that on a Playstation game.
Seriously this is very frustrating and a bit absurd at this point...
Sony won't refund us for the game Deathtrap since it has been fully downloaded and already used, so they say it's a matter on the developpers' side now.
Don't you think the 1.00 version would still work better than the later versions? I suspect that patches started the problem, but it's only an intuition.

Never tried MP before purchasing 500 shards. As a test, I purchased 10 shards and like other comment below, they would all show again (after a reboot / restart PS4). If you shut down the game and start up you'd get ??? again. I don't want to give you any more money since this isn't my problem (as we all can see). The game doesn't work correctly and I wasted money. Refund my purchases and call it a day.. PS4 - mrjhndoe

- Could you play Multiplayer before you purchased some Dream Shards?
- The problem with the Multiplayer appeared after you got Dream Shards?
- How much DS did you get?

Here's my report :
- I never tried to play multiplayer before buying shards (so I can only suppose it would have worked just fine)
- When I try to play multiplayer, the "connexion" box loads infinitely, no result.
- I got 500 dream shards at first, which disappeared after a map cleared, or after I quit the game once (I'm not sure anymore). Then I took 10 shards a little later for a test, and my total of shards reappered shortly after this 2nd purchase (I was even able to buy a common minion) to disappear again to the ??? glitch a little later...

This is what I get from supporting Neocore games (I love their style) by always getting their new games at full price, and by making micro-transactions too.
i'm very disapointed at this point...

Our team has already been working on this problem for a few days. The issue is likely to connect to the PS4 network so we have a hard time with the issue but we can assure you that your Dream Shards will be fixed in the coming period.

Update : I just bought 10 shards for 0,49E only for test, and my 460 shards (my previous 450 + 10 fresh shards) appeared again in my inventory.
But... for how long?

Note : I didn't go to the PS store from the game menu this time, I went to the PS store manually, and then I launched the game again.
UPDATE : After reentering the game 2 hours later, my 460 shards have disappeared from my inventory again!!
This is not right!!
