No loot after void crusade on console

Finished a full void crusade, went to open the last chest and it didn't drop anything. Then when teleporting back to the ship it just kinda stalled, character beamed out but guy stuck on the mission. When i restarted the game there was no loot what so ever. Every other chest and the mission dropped something.

Ps5 and co-op if it helps
