Game works great for me but a friend of mine purchased and when launching only gets logged out and asked to reconnect over and over. 

I have looked through multiple neocore game discussions and have seen it to be a recurring problem. 

Seems each time it is brought up eventually the person who asked is told to wipe information from their registry with regedit which ultimately doesn't work for them. They eventually get upset and the thread dies without an answer.

Already have tried utilizing regedit to get it to work on my friends computer to no avail. 

Any further advice would be greatly appreciated. 

Already asked on steam forum and was given the copy paste regedit solution which I did already state didn't work. 

Has anyone else had the problem here and/or had any luck fixing it besides using regedit since that method did not work in this case?
