Morality Relic chest no morality relic?

I was doing quick runs of the void crusade and had +140/+20/+10 or something like that..but I opened the morality chest and no morality relics pop out. I feel like it might just be a chance of morality relics in the chest but just wanted to report in case it wasn't.

There is only a chance to get a morality item, it is not 100%. The chance is high though so I'm pretty sure you will get one in your next run.
