Game fail after the last update on PS4

After the last update, I can not  create new character,  it said I have to delete existing character

nor can I pass the tutorial mission with my Lv. 1 character

Hi,

please create a fresh new character with which you will be able to complete the tutorial missions. The issue about campaign progress has been resolved and you will not experience it again!
Sorry for the trouble this issue may have caused to you!
