"Eldar type" creatures

When a piece of equipment has an enhancement unlock requirement telling you to kill a certain number of "Eldar type creatures on your level or higher" shouldn't that include Drukhari enemies? The lore (and character dialogue) do refer to them as "Dark Eldar."
