Same as title and description, all other audio appears fine.

You mean you constantly have problem with your audio, or there are occasions where the sound goes off suddenly?

I was an idiot and forgot the controllers have speakers. I didn't think to check the options for it since I have mine turned off. I played a good chunk of game time oblivious to it.
