No longer able to pick up all supply pack charges.

ie: Belt is Digital Weapons and 1 charge is used 3 remain. Pick up Supply Pack (2 charges) belt is back to 4 charges with 1 Supply Pack charge on ground. Use belt again but cannot pick up other remaining charge. Must find news Supply Pack to replace lost charge
