Yeah, I can see why console players are getting impatient about this. Waiting for offline mode for such a long time without knowing exactly when it’s coming would be pretty frustrating. The certification update is better than having no information at all, but I think most players would still appreciate a clearer idea of how things are progressing.

Personally, I don’t mind waiting if there are technical issues that need to be sorted out. I’d rather have the feature properly tested than have it rushed and cause more problems. At the same time, regular updates from the developers would definitely make the waiting easier. Offline mode would also be really useful for people who just want to play without worrying about their internet connection.

Hopefully there’s some good news soon. Until then, I’ll probably just jump between a few other games, including Meccha Chameleon, whenever I have some free time.

Hope Neocore has good lawyers. Eventually someone is going to sue. Aspyr is in court now because they lied about the Kotor 2 DLC. Someone is bound to sue Neocore for lying as well.

Seriously, can you provide a clear and definitive answer ? I think console players have been more patient than they should do... It's been since more than a year, you said the offline update is coming on console.

Yup! It's out of our hands as of now, waiting for certification!

It's been over three months since this comment now. I've been playing this game since it came to consoles, I'm just getting a little fed up with "It's coming soon" during the rare event that my question is even answered. If the console version is being abandoned, just be transparent, please. I can clear the space for other games.

I asked in the discord and was told by a dev they will release it as soon as they are able to. Though they didn’t say I’m guessing there were some issues with certification with Xbox and/or PlayStation and they are working on fixing the issues.

Well those must be some pretty big issues. We're closing in on a year and a half since PC received the update. Still no sign of Hierophant or offline mode. As a console player, it's pretty hard not to feel abandoned.
