I know the neural implant and main implant can have hp regeneration and some of the belt items can, but that's only 3 slots with a maximum of 15 hp/sec, at least at level 59. That means I can only get 45 hp/sec max regeneration. The deed is to start a mission with 100 hp/sec regen. So do I need to get to a higher level to increase my gear or do other items have regen capability? Or is this possibly a bug like in some of the other deeds?
