WH40K - Inquisitor - Martyr - Coop Remote Mine Bug.

2

Hi. I'm new so sorry if this doesn't belong here. I couldn't find mention of it anywhere so here goes.

I've been playing with a friend (Inquisitor - Martyr, PS4 version on a PS5) and noticed that my remote mines did no damage. A few minutes later, my friend asked me if the mines were mine, claiming the room looked like a minefield and realised that essentially the mines did not blow up on his game and thus no damage (or suppression damage) was dealt.

After that we switched and I became the host to see if the bug persists and it did. The mines were there but never blew up when I triggered them, causing no damage.

To be clear. I set the mines. They appear on both mine and his game. I blow them up, they disappear for me, damage numbers appear but the enemies take no damage (the lifebars do not decrease and the number values over the bars remain the same), the mines do not disappear for him.

This remains consistent no matter how many I deploy.

From time to time, some enemies would very rarely hit a mine with an attack and it would blow up on both of our games, dealing damage normally. But that was extremely rare.

We tried restarting the session and restarting the game. And every time we tried with both me and him as a host.

Edit

Crusader, level 60.

Perks: Armoury of Zeal, Self - Flagellation, Artificial Organs.

As anyone that knows these perks can tell, my character revolves around mines. As things are now, in coop I can only use them as a method to quickly use Focus to heal.

They work just fine on solo.

Thanks for the response.

I had some more sessions online with random people just to be safe and surely enough, the bug's still there.

To clarify, I tested this a bit more just to make sure it wasn't just an issue between my connection and that of my friend's.

Thaks again.

A very clear report, thank you very much for all the details. I love to receive such comprehensive bug reports.

The problem has been forwarded to the relevant team for testing and so.

Thanks again!
