I've been having trouble finding the winning formula for Psychic Retribution.  I've read people say don't use Tarots, don't open chests, don't even switch weapons, don't even have weapons equipped with exploding properties, etc.

This is absurd.  As far as I'm concerned, if you don't use a weapon skill in a mission, that should count.  I see lots of old posts with Neocore saying they're on it, but as far as I can see, it's still pretty broken.  Seems like it needs a revamp - if I can't even switch weapons or open chests, that needs to be in the description for the Deed.
