none of my items in my seasonal characters transfer to the non-seasonal stash. lost all items I had T-T.

hey, on a second thought, have you checked the green tab near the top of your inventory page, labeled 'seasonal stasis casket'?

Hey, I'll forward your issue. In the meantime, could you restart and update steam, and check for file integrity please? You can do so by right clicking on the game in your steam library, then clicking on properties, then local files, and finally click on the option 'Verify integrity of game files...' I'll update you with anything I hear back. Cheers!
