I downloaded this game for PS4 and it's worked fine until needing to find Tesla in the Industrial Port. Like other users have reported the portal location has disappeared and I am unable to access it from the sewers as well. Cannot proceed with the story without getting access back to the industrial port. 

Please provide and update a solution for getting access back to the Industrial Port as I cannot complete the game and this seems to be a known issue going back to the PC version of the game.
