As the title says, on one of my chars, the NPC Saffi is simply missing from the Lair. Before that, the engineer was missing from the lair and I used Command /FixQuest 8 as suggested here:

I couldn't log in that forum and post my issue there, do anyone knows what I can do to have Saffi back in the lair so I can use the enchanting feature?
