I apologize if this has been asked, but is it possible to upgrade to a higher tier version? I recently purchased the base package through steam and would like to upgrade for the difference in cost. Thanks.

Last I heard on a Facebook post was that you can, but it hasn't been implemented yet. No idea when that'll happen. And that was months ago.
