Sorry to hear that! You should write an email to [email protected]

Maybe you don't have the minimum system req.

Thank you for the reply, i wish you guys the best in development and publication of this fantastic addition to the 40k Universe. I hope in the future i will be able to come back and play the game and find hours of enjoyment in purging for humanity.

Some rather bad luck but expecting an alpha to work is part of the testing process. I'm running a fairly heavy rig and I dip below 30 frames quite frequently which is unusual. Something time will fix though.

I am not naive to think it would work perfectly by any means but i can not effectively participate in giving feed back when the game isn't working for me so i will look back in the game in the future. So as it stands i unfortunately have to bow out till a later date.

I play on a laptop as well - and the problem lies in the fact that the game can't be detected automatically by the NVIDIA control panel.

What you need to do, is go to the NVIDIA control panel, pick the 3d settings, pick global settings, set your NVIDIA GPU as the default GPU. Run the game and it will use the NVIDIA GPU.

If you want you can also right click the .exe and choose run with graphics processor -> NVIDIA GPU

- You will have to that every time, so put a shortcut on your desktop

I've posted about this problem and hope that the devs can fix it so that the NVIDIA control panel can detect it.

Sorry to hear that Panzerknight, but you bought into an Alpha and not a finished game. Crashes and terrible FPS is part of it. I bet it will get better when the development progresses, so you might wait a bit for a refund.
