Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr

This has been happening the last couple of days. 

Ive tried to find any details on to why (server status, maintenance, ect) but have not found anything recent. 

i checked firewall rules and everything is open for the game to connect. Is there any thing else I should look at to see if this is a issue on my end? 

also is there a way for me to tie my steam game with my neocoregames login? just incase that is the issue. 

edit: it looks like this might be a DNS issue on my end. after internet recovered it worked for a while then stopped working. 

edit 2: changing to opendns didn't help. still unable to connect to the login servers.
