Hello,
I wanted to point out two bugs to you:
The Sniper Needler and Carthean Sword do not apply Toxin Needler Stacks.
On the power sword assassin phasing assault does not consume the death mark on the other hand I do not know if the bonus applies or not.

I was in co-op when I encountered these bugs.
I just tested it solo and phasing assault works.
As for the needler toxins it doesn't work solo either.

I tried with other weapons of the same type but the problem persists.
