That's a cool suggestion but I don't think that's achievable on console though.

I like the top down view but doing runs from an over-the-shoulder view would be pretty awesome too I guess.

Inquisitor is already in third-person view (which encompasses everything that's not first-person, basically).

If you are looking for something akin to an over-the-shoulder view instead of a top-down view, then you can actually achieve something similar by using keyboard movement skills and binding "camera rotate" to whatever you would normally bind "turn", then disabling movement with mouse. Zoom the camera in, too, if you like.
