Just like it says in the title , upon receiving the random tarrot card upgrade item and using it. The tarrot card in question is not applied and no upgrade is given, please advise.

P.S - How can someone release a game so full of bugs to public and live with themselves..

It gives you upgrade progression to a random card. to go from level 1 to level 2 requires 10, 2 to 3 is 50, 3->4 = 100, 4->5=200.

I imagine this is the issue you have?
