TA Sheild on summons in WH40K Prophecy

I have a TA and every time I summon I gain shield yet nothing on my gear has this enchant...how is this happening? I am running a lower level TA and no shield on summons.

That's the benefit of an Attribute threshold introduced in the Seasonal patch :


 Bionics I- Shroudpsalm: +10 Energy shield gained per Data-Flux spent.
