May be just dumb luck, but since the new patch rolled in, I found many, many side quests required for the unlocking of the Suppression passives. Was on 8/15 with about 90 hours played when the season started, and getting the rest took just 10 hours of normal play (doing Intel missions for the most part). Twice I had TWO groups of guardsmen pop up on the same level. Keep getting them even after I had it unlocked.

If that's intentional, thanks a lot! That was one grindy deed without the fix.
