Unable to pickup drops from crates, either "manually" or using the "autoloot" feature - neither one works!

You can't pick up innoculator charges or grenades when you're already full.

If you miss 1 innoculator charge and get 4 charges from the medical supplies, you will pick up 1 charge and leave 3 on the floor (that you can pick up later).
