Hello!

My Psycher is currently stuck on the Empyreal Catalogue objective of the Seasonal Objectives for Season of the Warp Storm.  

3/7 warp anomalies have been counted as interacted with, but I know I'd hit most of the rest and they're not counting.

It did! I saw the patch announcement and confirmed that it did un-stick progress for the season.

The issue got fixed yesterday with a hotfix. please check back on this objective, it should unlock properly next time!
