I created an assassin and level it to 90 just to use this item for a build but it doesn't actually allow stealth in combat.

Is this working as intended?

Also seems to be working if there are other things to attack like when you have guardsmen following you.

Please note that I just tried this in multiplayer and it might be working in multiplayer but not single player.
