Can you please fix this , -ps5- inquisitor martyr ultimate edition

Screen tears and these 'bends' or warps..giving me motivation sickness and I just can't play anymore..I've saw many of the same complaints about the same bug as well..this game is amazing , but the performance is just in exceptional..please fix!! I want to keep playing this awesome game!
