Repeating dialogue on Metrodora Thelema blocks progression and Inoculator screen

Hello,

It seems that on my crusader Metrodora Thelema is stuck on the same dialogue blocking progression in the main story also Inoculator screen isn't available anymore.

Playing on PC, in-game account: ssjmaz.
