yep! berserker tokens are kinda hard to get and according to the description they fade with 1token/s.

enraged token are different, you can upkeep 10 stacks almost the whole mission.

I think I may be confusing Enraged state with Berzerk state...

That would explain the lack of CDR...

how did you notice Berserker state was active?

It shows how many tokens you have at the bottom. I almost always have 10.

I looked at my autopistol full-auto skill (right mouse button). The cooldown is still the same.
