Relic enchant "+100% duration to surprise state" does not work
Warhammer 40K Bug ReportHi guys, I just found an armor replacement today, but the relic enchant does not work.
It says: "+100% duration to surprise state".
My build revolves around surprise state, so I was pleased when I initially found it, but having tested it just now, I realized that:
1) after teleporting, my surprise state lasts the normal 5 seconds
2) my armor's temporal distortion field still lasts just 10 seconds, and my surprise state also lasts the same amount of time
I thought that maybe the indicator at the bottom of the screen was wrong, and so during my testing, I pressed "c" to see if my dodge % was at around 80% (which it is during surprise state), but it was not.
So it's pretty clear that this relic enchant does not work properly.
Can you guys tell me if this bug has been fixed, or, at the very least, if it's known by the devs?

Is this going to be fixed soon? Just tested yesterday and it wasn't working for me.
It showed 5 seconds (should be 10).
I will test again today.
I will discuss this with our designers, they will decide whether a 20 sec cooldown would be too much or not!
Nice, 69 day old post. Nothing has changed,
Was never anything wrong with the enchant, works perfect on the armor it was designed for, Stealth Body Suit.
Just can't toss specifically made enchants onto any armor and expect them to work. If it's a person doing this, they are clearly ignorant of the class, I feel tho more likely that enchants and gear are just being tossed into a blender, what comes out is shipped live with no testing.
It's still going on, all 3 assassin armor can get this enchant still, only works on one. Never will work, it's not meant too. Also have this enchant on an ancient eye. It's doing nothing for you unless you have a body suit on. The suit and eye enchants don't stack, not that anyone would use the eye regardless as the rest of the stats are so awful, it's impossible to not belive that the devs don't see it too.
This happens all the time with all enchants for all classes, non-working, dead, will never work, even on morality. They know it's happening, just don't care. No quality control what so ever.
Not some items issues, every single aspect of the game is run in the same way. It's surreal. I'm not supset, it's entertaining, mostly. One day I hope to see a documentary on this game.
btw guy in 1st for glory, blantently cheating. If anyone cares to look into that.

While I have put many hours into this game, I have to say that Neocore's quality assurance department/team is not doing their job.
Frankly, if it was my company, I would come down on them like a hammer.
The end result, for me at least, of this allowance of bugs to slip through the cracks (big cracks) is my lack of faith in the game's systems.
I honestly don't think many ("many" not being a majority, but WAY more than the norm) of my items/stats work as intended, but for the most part, my character is pretty strong, and so I don't dwell on the matter too much.
But still, it is sad that I can't trust the game to convey accurate information to me (as a player).
It is what it is...hopefully, Neocore's QA philosophy changes in the future (near-future).
I've sort of transcended anger (never was angry, but I could have gone down that path like some), and now just feel a bit of apathy/sadness at the state of things.
Set this current order state as My default.
