Good afternoon, I would like to know if I can refuse the game and return money, in connection with the problems that arose during its launch in Russia. I did not play a lot of time when the game worked, and it's about 1 hour and 53 minutes. Now the game just flies out or does not sink to the end.
I do not quite understand the difference between the category of feedback or the support area, but my appeal refers directly to the support service.
