- Refund wanted
How do I go about getting a refund? Instead of me posting negative reviews for this game I would just like to get my money back as it is not a complete game yet. I do not like the game play and haven'y sine the beginning, just tried to give it a fair chance as I liked Van Helsing some much and figured this would be similar.

I don't think they could have been any clearer that this is an alpha test. It's even called the founding when you purchase it. Good luck with the refund but I really feel you need to take some care on what your are purchasing. I don't think it's fair to even consider writing a review for something that's no where near release yet? - We are here to test features.
i'd email the team directly rather than using a forum post - and see what they can post.
Yeah it's both pointless and unethical to review an alpha game.
No shit it's not a finished game. What do you think alpha means?
Yes I dun read.
"I would just like to get my money back as it is not a complete game yet" - Gave me the impression that was the justification for wanting a refund but i'm guessing that you meant that as the game wasn't completed then a refund was reasonable.
I'm not trying to white knight here but giving an ultimatum of negative reviews unless you get a refund - for an incredibly early testing phase is just not a good way to win people over :D good luck with your request.
Did you even read the whole post. If you had you would know that I understood it was not complete, was willing to give it a go anyway.
An alpha isn't a complete game? who knew
