Hello,

My character HotShotV3 (same PSN-name). Cant use Ragna van Wynter anymore. Need to talk to here after doing a quest , i get a dialogue, after that the mark stays on her head and cant talk to her anymore.

Please help me out

I contacted the support chat and they said they fixed it twice when they did not. It has been broken for me for almost two weeks now.

Still bugged. Been like this for the for the past 5 days made my own post because nothing happened after the first 2.

@MASTERK‍ in most of the cases account names are not needed thanks to scripts we run regularly on our backend (until the problem has been entirely resolved which is an utmost priority to our developers though it really is a tricky issue) but there can be unique cases when even the scripts do not resolve all of the issues! 

As for the DLCs, please send an email to [email protected] where we can more conveniently assist you in the matter!

Having the same issue on Xbox1.  Gamertag is Realrizzle.  Can't move forward in the story line.

Also,  I really dont understand why you can have so much bugs in a console game. Cause I have also pay the extra money to buy all the add on in the Ps4 store, but I dont get the footprint and the others, I can only use the skull head that's all. This is my worst experience for a Ps4 game. Should I report to them that  I pay them for nothing received?

I wish you can solve this problem for everyone instead to solve it one by one account. Because I also have this bug as I really didn't expected that happen in this century.  Do you need my ps4 account to solve my issue individually?

Truly sorry for the inconvenience, we assumed that it will be only a matter of time to get it fixed but it will take more time. We will deal with the problem within these weekdays! I will keep this thread updated!
