Can the event mobs spawn during campaign missions? I'm leveling a psyker and doing the campaign now, do I have to do standard missions to get the skulls?

Thanks, I found one since then. I'll have to do the full campaign anyways to unlock all functions (Ordo merchants for example).

Yes, you can encounter them in campaign missions as well but you will have a bigger chance in general missions.
