I'm sure this wasn't intended, but the "Psychic Retribution" heroic deed appears impossible to complete this season, as Marks of Judgement cause damage to enemies.

I presume this is a bug - any chance it could be addressed please? Just make it so Marks don't count either way.

Any "Kill enemies using ONLY "X type" attack unlock is impossible this season unless they fix this.

1 Attribute point may not seem like much, but it can greatly affect an endgame build.

I believe Cognis Protocol is also impossible for the same reason.
