The Psalm-Code Doctrine: 200% bonus to class resource recharge rate is both wrong and broken.  

I just put this on my level67 Tech Adept's armor.  Instead of saying I would get a +200% bonus to class resource recharge rate, the Doctrine said it was a flat +1 to recharge rate.  If the flat +1 is correct this NEEDS to be updated on the Official Compendium.

In addition this Doctrine is non-functional.  

Data-Flux Regeneration per second is 2.  When I put this doctrine in my armor and equipped it, my Data-Flux Regeneration per second was still 2.
