[PS4] [XBOX] Season Pass & DLC Information

11

Inquisitors!

With the release of the console versions of Inquisitor - Martyr, PS4 and Xbox One players have many options to choose from: various editions, Season Pass, DLCs... This might lead to some confusion, so here’s a short explainer:

What’s in the Season Pass?

The console Season Pass - also included in  the Imperium Edition -  includes  all upcoming DLCs. The first of these DLCs is “Mind Plague”, including a new Priority Assignment (an extra mission) and a unique mask skin. 17 more DLCs will follow approximately every 2 weeks for all platforms.

Difference between PC and consoles DLCs:

There is no Season Pass on PC, but you can buy DLCs individually through Steam, or through our in-game store with Fate points, our in-game currency. In accordance with Sony and Microsoft policies, console players cannot buy these DLCs with Fate points. Of course, you will be able to purchase each DLC individually if you do not wish to buy the Season Pass.

What’s in it for everyone?

Although the names are similar, the  free “Season” updates will be available for everyone, not just for Season Pass holders. These are free content updates for all platforms - PC included - that continue the story of the Inquisitors and the Caligari Sector, add new enemy types, new subsectors, a higher level cap and other new features.

Seasonal events are free as well for everyone, regardless of the version of the game you own. These events will be similar on PS4 and Xbox One to the ones on PC, and will last for a few days or weeks, with additional story elements and rewards.

Some of these free updates are already live on PC (Season 1 for instance), but will come at a later date with the same content for console players. The reason for that delay is that the game came out later on consoles than on PC, and we have to catch up content-wise.

Exceptions

Please note the “Charybdis Outpost” DLC and the “Servo Skull” pet are not part of the Season Pass and are available for purchase separately. This is because these DLCs were part of timed-exclusive pre-order campaigns.

The already released “Ascetic of the Emperor imperial decoration”, “Skull Trail footprint” and “Skulldust emote” DLCs are also not included in the Season Pass. They are included in the Deluxe and Imperium editions, or can be purchased separately.

For technical reasons, the soundtrack is only available on PS4 and is included in the Deluxe and Imperium editions.

We hope this clears up any confusion. To see what’s coming for each platforms in the near future, check out our Roadmap.

Yeah I got it day after it came out the season pass will release content over the next year maybe less... he at one will be after console get seasons ten release every 2 weeks or so I think I read.... the galaxies will unlock after they release the free updates it's going to be a massive game once it's been optimised .... they're are a small dev team and they have a lot of ambition give them time in the end all this hassle with the glitches will be worth it

I checked it out and saw it came out on Sept 27th. i had the game and season pass since day 1 on the ps4 and haven't noticed it......And one other question, i noticed when i go out to the very first map of all the galaxies (locked and unlocked) I noticed there's about 4 other galaxies that looked unlocked but i can't enter them, post-campaign.

Hi, and when does the "Mind Plague" DLC for XBox One appear?

6 years 46 days ago
Ok,  trying to figure this out, apparently the season pass has “several” new familiars. Sadly the pets option is disabled, therefore cannot access these familiars the season pass speaks of (unless these are unlockables??).

Oh, right, on the wonderful subject of unlockables, if they’re unlocked via campaign play, well, unfortunately the update is filled with heretics and traitors, and thus keeps crashing the game. Please purge, and Report to the adeptus mechanicus for technoheresy ;)

Hey, dudes! good job on the 1.05! But, question about the "Mind Plague" dlc for the ps4, is it out yet or anyday now?

Appreciate the info. Unfortunately the game was not available for pre-order on the PSN in the US. So now I have to pay for the pre-order bonus even though I would have been more than happy to pre-order and get it for free.
