At what time, and zone, will prophecy be available for download on each console? Iask specifically cause PS4 was a later release for WH4OKIM than Xbox.

Also what will be the price per currency? U$D? GBP? EUR?

The hour Prophecy appears in the stores depends on Microsoft and Sony but according to common practice the Xbox versions are usually out by 10 AM (CET - so within an hour but don't take this for granted) and as for PS it will take at least a couple more hours (6-8) both in the EU and US.

I was just thinking the same thing.  I haven't seen any news or anything about it outside of the little news ticker in game.
