On PC in the season, if you progress tarot cards to quickly, through spamming the checkbox, it can happen that your game is getting "locked". Missions will no longer be able to be accepted. You can still go in the star chart and move around the bridge, but nothing else.

If you then log out to your character screen, no characters are shown and you are not able to switch between characters. A complete restart of the game is needed.
