Poor Visibility Unhinged

Very poor visibility with unhinged warp status on any map that has a rainy environment. It can be very difficult to even see the enemies or traps.

I would like to see this improved since I am always unhinged.  Is this an intended drawback for being unhinged?

Is it this effect that fills the screen when using tons of different Warp Effects without it dissipating? Well, you do have an option in the Options Menu to turn it off.

For anyone else it is under Options>Video>Warp Heat Effects.
