the Tarot card who changes the mission's level are most of the time useless!

- if you outlevel them, you can't use them at all

- if you are low-lvl you'll never use a lvl70 or lvl98 tarot card

- if you are high-lvl (like me 94) even the lvl98 card doesn't add much difficulty (+4 only)

so why can't we have Tarot cards that increases the mission level by a fixed value?

e.g. +5, +8 and +10? like in the difficulty selector for story missions?
