Some Items (from the Psioniker) shows Placeholders. This must be a bug, because you can use the hidden Skills in battle, but cant see them in your inventory.

This is not a bug. This is a sign that you can place your own skills here. A weapon with 3 empty slots means 3 free spells. You need to visit the console on the left wall down the bottom of your hub to fill the slots.
Set this current order state as My default.
