Not sure if this is a text issue an actual bug or me being daft, but:
The character perk "Rapid Elimination Protocol" States:
"Killing an enemy with skills that have the sniper tag resets the Cooldown of that skill"
Killing an enemy with the "Sniper Shot" skill on a sniper rifle (Which has the sniper tag) is not resetting it's Cooldown.
Any help appreciated!

I’m playing on the Xbox one and the Rapid Elimination Protocol perk dose not work in CoOp. I’m using it with the Needler Sniper Rifle.

Actually that's a good point, when I originally noticed it not working I was in a party. Unable to test right now (Game buddy not available) but I'm pretty sure that's the issue.

It has been broken for coop, so try to test it in party (in my case it was psyker + assasin)

As we tested the perk works well with the Sniper shot. Please note that the enemy has to be killed in order to reduce the cooldown of the skill to zero!

MAy we ask on what platform are you playing? We will test the perk along with the Sniper Shot skill and if it does not work we will get this fixed! Thanks for the feedback!
